Finally! I did it! After months and months, I joined a gym. The YMCA to be exact. I have the water bottle and everything. How hard is it to join a gym, right? Apparently, for me, it was so hard that it took 20 months. Yes, I said 20 months. That is how long it has been on my To-Do list. Regardless, I am proud of myself for doing something that I have been putting off for so long. PLUS, I have already been three times and man, am I sore! My husband was concerned that I wouldn't use it... to that I say "Pfftt!"
Don't worry... this will not become a fitness blog, but my hope is you will see a gradual change in me.
Is there anything that you have been putting off for, like, forever? Do it this week and tell me about it. Or don't and tell me about it anyway.

great job! i have been meaning to start running again for ages and today i finally did it! i used to run ~7miles a day and then tons of crap got in the way but i am hoping to build back up to that eventually.
ReplyDeletei downloaded the couch to 5k app, did day 1, and even looked into signing up for some 5ks to keep me motivated. WOO HOO for finally doing goals!
